Founder / Principal

Complex projects and critical capital programs that need to be effectively planned, executed, and monitored for the most favorable outcome – that’s where I come in.

As a seasoned project and program management professional, my focus is applying those skills to a wide variety of engineering and construction projects in the transit industry for more successful projects. I’ve been doing it for over 16 years and have loved every minute of it.

My career has included direct oversight of dozens of major capital projects with up to $500 million in value. I’ve been able to have a direct impact on these projects through the identification of scope, schedule, and budget efficiencies which resulted in millions in cost savings.

Driven by quality, collaboration, and overcoming challenges, I take pride in building rapport with stakeholders at all levels to understand expectations, identify issues, and continuously work in partnership to provide the best solutions possible.

As the Founder and Principal of Unicorn Consulting Solutions, my goal is to consistently exceed expectations and help organizations achieve outcomes that may have initially seemed impossible.

Sincerely,
